• - BLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY
• - OCN (Oncology Certificate Nurse) or ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) or APHON (Association of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurses) required.

  • We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
  • - Join a team of REMARKABLE nurses that use compassion and teamwork to care for their inspiring patients in the Oncology Clinics.
  • - Connect and form therapeutic relationships with patients.
  • - Care for patients receiving chemotherapy, supportive care medications for cancer and hematologic conditions, blood transfusions, bone marrow transplants, and CAR-T cell therapy in an outpatient setting
  • - Use targeted assessment skills to assess patients during visits and via telephone triage and online patient portal.
  • - Participate in ongoing oncology educational and growth opportunities.
    • Job Requirements
    • - Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison.
    • - Oncology, chemotherapy and ambulatory triage experience preferred.
    • - Traveler must have completed two years of experience within last 3 years.
    • - Successfully completed traveler assignment (13 weeks) preferred.
      • Additional Details
      • - UW Health is moving away from using outdated file formats for Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
