A company is looking for a Director of Global Mobility.
Key Responsibilities
Advise business leaders on workforce decisions and collaborate on
demand forecasting and headcount needs
Analyze headcount occupancy and utilization for staffing forecasts
and talent supply management
Track and report workforce plans, ensuring focus on
business-critical targets
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Graduate degree preferred
4-6 years of leadership experience
Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government
for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
