ABOUT THE JOBThe Manager of Analytics, Measurement & Reporting,
will advance the impact of analytics across Zeno Group as a
strategic partner to our clients and contribute to a culture of
increased data-driven decision-making. This role will be
comfortable speaking with both 'business' and 'data' with our
internal teams, external vendors, and clients to conduct discovery
conversations. They will continuously innovate and improve the ways
we report and measure results for our clients to better understand
key insights that answer critical business questions, and they will
be able to communicate results quantitatively, contextually, and
with a "storytelling" mindset to various levels of stakeholders
including the C-suite.Responsibilities:
- Use, train, and evangelize best-in-class tools and capabilities
to support data and insight needs across Zeno Group.
- Lead monthly and quarterly reporting and measurement activities
for a variety of existing clients.
- Consistently take on and assist in new business data analysis
projects to support growth.
- Collaborate with clients to understand analytics needs, develop
measurement strategy and frameworks, and analyze and interpret data
to provide insights.
- Communicate complex concepts to non-technical business
stakeholders (internal & external), including guiding the analytics
discovery process and leading the results' interpretation.
- Translate complex and sometimes ambiguous specifications into
relevant analytics insights with a high degree of data integrity
and reporting agility.
- Support analytics leadership team members in creating an
integrated analytics program leveraging consistent methodologies
and deliverables.
- Serve both short-term, quick-insights requests as well as
longer-term, deeply analytical research needs for constant
innovation.
- Manage projects from start to finish with minimal guidance,
mentoring junior team members.
- Build relationships and collaborate with internal and external
stakeholders to drive best-in-class deliverables.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in digital marketing, public
relations, or an analytics-related field preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in analytics, reporting,
or measurement projects required.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in digital/paid media or
related analytics field required.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in public relations or
related analytics field.
- Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data is
ideal.
- Advanced Excel expertise required - confidence in vlookups,
pivot tables, IF statements, creative formula creation, and
troubleshooting is a must.
- Advanced level of expertise with business intelligence tools,
including Tableau, Google Data Studio, R, SQL, and SAS is a
plus.
- Familiarity and expertise with public relations and social
media data providers and tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe
Analytics, MuckRack, Meltwater, Newswhip, Brandwatch, Helixa,
Traackr, BuzzSumo, Quid, and Similar Web.
- Ability to think proactively, work independently, own
end-to-end projects, and problem-solve is a must-have for this
position.
- Ability to frame and engagingly communicate the data and
insights from an analysis for a business-centric and public
relations-focused audience.
- Expertise in analytics, statistics, data visualization, or
programming.
- Exemplifies a high degree of attention to detail and data
quality/precision.
- Ability to thrive and perform insights in a fast-paced
reporting climate and consistently hit client deadlines.
- Experience with B2B and consumer marketing data required.
- Eager learner, collaborative partner, and candid and empathetic
communicator.
- Passion for empirical research and answering hard questions
with data.$85,000 - $104,000 a yearPay range: $85,000 to
$104,000/year USDAn employee's pay position within the salary range
will be based on several factors including, but not limited to,
relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience,
skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel
requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements,
and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one
component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other
