Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Operations Transaction Quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to integrate quality into customer experience
Lead and coach quality managers to foster a quality-focused culture
Manage key SOX controls and collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in insurance or financial services
2+ years of progressive leadership experience in a contact center or claims servicing environment
5+ years of insurance experience
Experience in project management and process/productivity improvement
Experience with operations quality or audit is a plus
